Daniel Stultz

Since 2013, Daniel has been actively involved in real estate and real estate development in Denver and the Front Range. In 2022, he launched Stultz Homes, specializing in real estate acquisition, sales, and development. In 2023, he expanded services to Titan Design + Build, offering comprehensive, full-service solutions. Daniel brings an unmatched combination of drive, confidence, and humility to each client relationship in the Denver market. With extensive experience as a broker, investor, and developer, he also manages multiple rental properties. Beyond his professional success, Daniel’s greatest pride is his family—his wife Caitlin, daughters Dylan and Sawyer, and son Nash. He leads the charge in working closely with developers to deliver exceptional results.
Peter Kent
head of development | general contractor
Peter moved to Colorado in 1998 to attend CSU for his undergraduate studies and has called it home ever since. Shortly after graduating, he began working as a framer, building custom residential homes, where he discovered his passion for construction. This led him to pursue a Master’s in Architecture. Now, Peter oversees his projects from start to finish, ensuring high construction quality and adherence to schedules. Outside of work, he is an avid skier and spends his free time entertaining his 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter.
Christian Albright
Senior Project Manager
Christian moved to Colorado in 2019 to work for Habitat for Humanity after graduating from the University of Vermont. Following his AmeriCorps term, he transitioned into the construction industry, working first as a framer and later as a Superintendent for Richmond American Homes. In February 2022, he began working with Peter to gain broader experience across residential and commercial construction projects. With a strong background in construction management, Christian brings meticulous attention to detail to every project, ensuring customer satisfaction with their new home. In his free time, he is an avid rock climber and skier, often found in the mountains on weekends.
